Project "Investment support for development of INGILIZ GROUP Ltd. managing capacity - factor for competitive advantages improvement and sustainable growth" aims to develop managing capacity of INGILIZ GROUP Ltd. through overall improveent of working and business processes and achievement of effective company's organization, improving of environmental impacts due to the production processes and promote the use of ICT as a factor for sustainable development of national and European market. The overall project objective will be implemented through the following specific objectives: • To perform the migration of the existing integrated management quality system and environmental management system in the company by providing consulting and re-certification services to standards ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015; • To improve the processes of management and organization of company's activities through development and implementation of integrated software system for managing the enterprise's operations; Within the 12 month duration of the project will be implemented the following activities: 1) Consulting and re-certification services for migration of an integrated management system for quality and environment to the new version of standards ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015; 2) Services for development and implementation of integrated software system for managing the enterprise's operations.
