Increasing the competitiveness of Petkom 2002 Ltd. by introducing resource management system

Petkom 2002 Ltd. is a telecommunication company established in 2002, which provides cable TV, digital TV and Internet. The company operates in Northwest Planning Region, in Byala Slatina city, and following villages: Borovan, Tarnava, Tyrnak, Popitsa, Altimir and Malorad. Currently Petkom 2002 Ltd. has no unified system for resource management, which creates difficulty in collecting, processing and analyzing information and leads to poor internal corporate organization. With the implementation of this project the company will introduce a new organizational model that will optimize employee performance, improve internal communication, improve the quality and efficiency of services, which will increase the competitiveness of Petkom 2002 Ltd. The main activities under current project are, as follows: 1. Aquisition and implementation of ICT based software for managing business processes in Petkom 2002 Ltd. - "Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)"; 2. Investing in new equipment, contributing to the implementation of the ERP system; 3. Re-certification of the quality management system and environmental system in accordance with international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; 4. Information and publicity of the project. The project will improve the competitiveness of Petkom 2002 Ltd. by improving the management model and organization of key processes in the business, increase revenues and improve the market position of the company.
