Building a competitive business atmosphere in the MEP 2005 Ltd. by introducing management systems

MER 2005 Ltd. is a telecommunication company, established in 2005, which provides cable TV, digital TV and Internet. The company operates in Southeast Planning Region. Recently the company coverages 3 sites: towns Kotel, Kalofer and village Aleksandrovo. Currently MER 2005 Ltd. has no unified system for resource management, which creates difficulty in collecting, processing and analyzing information and leads to poor internal corporate organization. With the implementation of this project the company will introduce a new organizational model that will optimize employee performance, improve internal communication, improve the quality and efficiency of services, which will increase the competitiveness of MER 2005 LTD. The main activities under current project are, as follows: 1. Aquisition and implementation of ICT based software for managing business processes in MER 2005 - "Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)"; 2. Investing in new equipment, contributing to the implementation of the ERP system; 3. Development and implementation in the company of an integrated management system for quality and environment in accordance with international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; 4. Certification of the integrated quality management system and environmental system in accordance with international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; 5. Information and publicity of the project. The project will improve the competitiveness of MER 2005 Ltd by improving the management model and organization of key processes in the business, increase revenues and improve the market position of the company.
