The project proposal "Development of managerial capacity and growth in Tara Ltd." aims to develop management capacity of Tara Ltd. through comprehensive regulation and improve the management of business processes and achieve effective organization of overall activity, improve the management and minimise the environmental impacts related to production processes, promoting the use of ICT as a factor for sustainable corporate development of national and European market. The main activities to be carried out within the project are: 1. Consulting and re-certification services for migration of existing in Tara LTD Management System Quality according to ISO 9001:2015; 2. Develop implementation and certification system for environmental management according to ISO 14001: 2015; 3. Acquisition and implementation of software for business process management in Tara Ltd.
