Project "Optimization of the activity of Milady Ltd. through re-certification to standart ISO 9001: 2015 and development of ICT based software systems" aims to develop management capacity of Milady Ltd. through overall improveent of working and business processes and achievement of effective company's organization, and promote the use of ICT as a factor for sustainable corporate development of national and European market. Specific project objectives are: - To perform the migration of the existing quality management system through consulting and re-certification services; - To improve management processes and organization of the company's activity through development and implementation of integrated software system for management; - To regulate, optimize and improve business processes in the company and thereby increase their efficiency through the migration of quality management system to the new version of standart ISO 9001: 2015; - Improvement of traceability and control of specific and additional processes in the company and thereby improvement the quality of the manufactured products through migration of quality management system to the new version of standart ISO 9001: 2015. The total project duration will be 18 months. Planned activities are consulting and re-certification services for migration of existing quality management system to the new version of standart ISO 9001: 2015 and development of integrated software system for managing the enterprise's operations.
