Management capacity development of BTP -Bulgarian transport press Ltd.through introduction of ERP system

The overall project objective is to increase the competitiveness of BTP - Bulgarian Transport press Ltd. on the national and international market through the development of its management capacity and strengthen its ability to deliver high quality products and services. The specific project objectives are: -To optimize production process and reduce the products and services; -To Improve the management process in the company by eliminating the subjective factor and create all preconditions to make informed and reasoned managerial decisions by providing real-time comprehensive and accurate information about all processes in the company; - To increase the market share and the revenues, including from export by increasing the customers and partners trust. -To Increase the profit realized by reducing the production costs as a result of increased productivity and optimization of the business processes in the company. The target group of the project includes all employees of the BTP - Bulgarian Transport press Ltd. Project activities include acquisition and introduction of ICT based business processes management software, investments in new hardware equipment, contributing to the introduction of the ICT-based software and activities for project visualization. As a result the project will greatly facilitate the implementation of all business processes in the company and improve the efficiency and the overall performance of the company. The project will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the company in several aspects: optimizing business processes and improve efficiency, increase productivity, improve product quality, increase the net operating income, including export earnings, and consequently increase the profits of the company.
