Development of the management capacity of Stamatovi-2010 Ltd.

The development of the management capacity of Stamatovi-2010 Ltd. is a project proposal of the company whose main scope of activity includes design, manufacture, delivery and assembly of custom-tailored doors and furniture. The project is aiming at enhancement of the management capacity of the company. The project budget amounts to BGN 134,500 and includes the company‘s own contribution amounting to BGN 40,350. The project includes the following activities: 1. For the development and reinforcement of the management capacity: - Re-certificaction of the existing Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 and tansition to the new version of ISO 9001:2015 (including consulting services related to the transition and a certification audit). - Re-certificaction of the existing Environmental Management System according to BDS EN ISO 14001:2005 and tansition to the new version of the standard ISO 14001:2015 (including consulting services related to the transition and a certification audit). - Purchasing a set of measuring instruments necessary for the re-certification with regard to meeting the higher requirements of ISO 9001:2015. - Purchasing and implementing a software system for optimization of production management which allows meeting the higher requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 for quality and environmental management. 2. For encouraging the use of information technologies: - Development and implementation of a software system for the management of business processes. Visualization of the project will take place according to the requirements. The deadline for performing the project activities is 15 months. The project shall comply with the national and EU legislation regarding the procurement procedures for selection of providers of the included services and product supplies. A Project Team will be set up for the purposes of the project consisting of Project Manager, Project Coordinator and an Accountant.
