Enhancement of the management capacity and growth potential of " Student Network" by integration of an ERP software and certification of internationally recognized standards.

The company "Student Network" Ltd was established in 2011 and is a small enterprise operating entirely on the internal market. The main activity of the company is focused in the field of telecommunications. Among others we offer the following services: - structured cabling in buildings and offices - video surveillance installation , access control and maintenance - full range of services to various telecom companies, e.g. installation of connectivity devices in residential clients, building server rooms, splicing of fiber optic cables and many other similar activities. The main partner and customer of "Student Network" is Mobiltel Ltd. Among our clients and partners are also "Sectron" AD "Enterprise Communications Group" Ltd. "Easy Asset Management", Technical University of Sofia, Sofia University and others. Primary mission of the company is to provide high quality services, tailored to customers' specific preferences by offering turn key solutions at competitive prices. To do so, however, has become ever more difficult, given the constantly changing client needs and the dynamically growing competitive environment. Currently, there are many obstacles to the sustainable organic growth of "Student Network" and its geographical expansion onto international markets, among which is the lack of certifications for International Standards and also lack of an effective information and communication technology in place. These limitations will be overcome by the following activities compulsory for the successful project completion: 1. Integration of ERP software for assuring process excellence; 2. Implementation of management systems according to international standards: ISO 9001, ISO 2000, ISO 270001, ISO 14001; 3. Certification of the introduced Management Systems; 4. Acquisition of specialized in-house monitoring software for telecommunications networks; 5. Acquisition of fixed tangible asset- server, needed for the ERP software;
