Roprint EAD operates mainly on the domestic market and, since 2014, has undertaken activities aimed at expanding its business to foreign markets. The necessity for the undertaking of the investments included in the budget of the project proposal arises in line with the aspiration to maintain the market positions of the company on the domestic market and the strengthening of the international one, as well as with the increase in the company’s competitiveness by improving its business processes. Apart from high quality production and meeting the shortest deadlines possible, the company’s team seeks to maintain a flexible and rapid service process, which will meet customer expectations, and which will be provided upon the realization of the project. The project foresees activities related to the acquisition and introduction of ICT-based software – an ERP system for managing business processes, as well as specialized software that provides the opportunity for the existence of an innovative process for the communication between the printing house and its customers. All the necessary actions to ensure awareness and publicity for the project, according to the “Information and Communication Guidelines for European Structural and Investment Funds” 2014-2020, will be taken as well.
