The company "Kozirog" Ltd. was established in 2001 as 15 years developing in the field of digital printing. The main activity of the company is prepress, graphic and copyright visual layout of products, printing of catalogs, brochures, catalogs, advertising materials, printing and office and technical documentation and other related products. Digital commercial printing is a highly competitive market. To respond to market dynamics and customer expectations about the company is vital to develop rapidly. Achieving compliance with the latest versions of embedded standards and re-certification, and implementation of modern ERP system are key steps in the development strategy of the company through which to achieve the goals of internationalization, growth and productivity gains. In this regard, the project foresees the following activities: 1. Activities to develop and strengthen the management capacity of enterprises through re-certification already introduced by the enterprise management system ISO 9001 and environmental ISO 14001; 2. Activities to develop and strengthen the management capacity of enterprises through investment in new equipment that contribute to compliance with requirements imposed re-certified management system; 3. Activities to promote the use of information and communication technologies and services through the development and implementation of ERP system; 4. Visualization of the project. The expected contribution of the project is to improve the market presence of the now internationally, achieve higher productivity, cost optimization and thus adding value at all levels of the organization. The project will contribute to the implementation of organizational innovation in the enterprise, as by introducing for the first time ERP system will be introduced entirely new method of organization of business processes.
