Development of the management capcity and growth of Edge Soft Ltd.

With the current project EDGE SOFT LTD plans to integrate an ERP system for the management of the business processes in the organization. The system will increase the use of information and communication technologies and services and will incorporate in a single integrated information system and improve the processes related to: - planning and decision making - resource allocation and planning - production and project delivery - marketing amp; sales of developed product and services - internationalization of the developed products and services The acquisition and integration of the ERP system will ensure the achievement of organizational innovations. A waste management system will be integrated as part of the ERP. A sever will be acquired for the ERP system as part of the project. To ensure high availability, a fast and interrupted access to the system, the server will kept in a datacenter (collocation) outside EDGE SOFT’s premises. The order in which the project will be realized guarantees that the business management system is integrated successfully and it functions and is used by EDGE SOFT with accordance to the corresponding standards, which is a mandatory requirement for the certification audit to be passes successfully. As a result of the project the following is expected: - increase of the income from export by 24% compared to 2015 - increase of net income from sales by 34% compared to 2015 - increase of the company performance by 17% compared to 2015
