Developing management capacity of TSB Group Ltd.

TSB Group LLC was established in 2010 with its main activity production of PVC joinery. In connection with its plans to improve its management and organization processes, the company plans within the project to purchase and introduce into operation an integrated software platform for comprehensive business processes management. The platform includes a full set of working synergistically complex systems and modules: (1) business process management; (2) resource planning system; (3) system for managing interactions with customers; (4) system for extracting, analyzing and reporting; (5) production management system; (6) finance; (7) logistics; (8) sales; (9) administration; (10) marketing; (11) integration; (12) service and (13) waste management. Technologically, the project will lead to the introduction of a complex automated software platform that will contribute to improving core business processes in the enterprise: (1) planning and decision-making; (2) the organization of resources; (3) organization of the manufacturing process; (4) product realisation and (5) internationalization of the product. All this will contribute to the expansion of technological capabilities and increasing the production capacity of the company and to the quality improvement and reduction in the cost of production. In economic terms, the project will contribute to increasing the efficiency of production costs, increasing the revenues and an overall increase in profitability.
