Development of managerial capacity at 'TEMPODEM' LTD, Trud-village

TEMPODEM LTD is a company of long-standing traditions in the production of corrugated board and corrugated packaging. The Company was established in 1996 in the village of Trud, Maritsa Municipality. It was the first private factory for the production of corrugated cardboard in the country and has a long list of various products, offered for packaging, allowing the use of the company's products in the food and light industry: for storage, for transportation, for use and for wrapping gifts, as well as for household purposes. The packing boxes of TEMPODEM LTD are manufactured in sizes and quality, meeting the standards of the European Union. They may be delivered in the form of manually assembled boxes or they may be glued on the spot with the help of a mobile machine, depending on the customer's requirements. This project is expected to introduce a software management system for enterprise resources / ERP / in order to optimize the production processes and improve the managerial capacities of the Company. The system will streamline the administrative processes, will improve the organization of production processes and increase the efficiency of individual units. The ERP-system shall comprise the following modules: Management of Financial Accounting, Controlling / Management Accounting, Management of Sales and Distribution, Management of Inventories, Purchasing and Warehousing, Planning and Production Management and Management of Waste. The implementation of this project is expected to create capacity for realization of the Company's export abroad, thanks to the optimized production processes, newly-introduced warehouse capacity and improved efficiency of the Company's customer operations and services. As a result of the introduction of the Waste Management module, the Company will strengthen its long-standing policy of environmental protection.
