Developing management capacity of INHOM Ltd

INHOM Ltd. manufactures glass products from 1997. The company retains, develops and promotes the tradition of producing "Beloslavsko glass" of 1893. Today the assortment includes over 1,000 items in several key areas - glass packaging, technical glass and souvenirs. Working with a large range of products and many clients have the need to introduce ICT-based software to manage customer relationships. The project aims to improve the models of governance and organization of the main processes in the company, through introduction of ICT based system for managing customer relationships (CRM system) and certification according to ISO 14001. The project includes: 1. Activities for the introduction and certification system for environmental management in accordance with standard BS EN ISO 14001 2. Activities to promote the use of ICT through implementation of a system for managing customer relationships - CRM System With the introduction for the first time in the enterprise CRM system will be introduced in practice following organizational innovation: - Use for the first time on system management of supply chains - Use for the first time a system of allocation of responsibilities of employees - Introduction of new methods of organizing relations with suppliers and customers The project implementation will contribute to improving management processes and organization of activities in respect of the following processes: - Planning and decision-making - Organization of resources - Organization of the production process - Realization of the product - Internationalization of production As a result of the project is expected to increase competitiveness and improve the capacity of INHOM Ltd. for the successful presence of the company intensively competitive domestic and foreign markets.
