The market on which SERVICE CENTRIX OOD currently operates is highly competitive, as the volume thereof reaches BGN 330 billion in the EU under BGN 141 thousand unit GVA and BGN 287 thousand unit productivity. The SERVICE CENTRIX OOD customer base (large financial and public entities) presumes stringent requirements to the service quality offered by the company and requires complex IT infrastructure service capabilities in a dynamic environment. The Capacity Building and Business Processes Automation Project creates market advantages for SERVICE CENTRIX OOD by introducing and applying QMS associated with IT services (ISO 20000-1) and environmental management (ISO 14001). Measures to build and enhance the SERVICE CENTRIX OOD management capacity by business processes reengineering focused on customer relationship optimization are planned. A business processes management application will be deployed such as to manage the corporate knowledge base capacities. The Capacity Building and Business Processes Automation Project successful completion will increase the SERVICE CENTRIX OOD average export revenues by 81,19%, net sales by 125,17% and productivity rate by 59,97% compared to the base year (2015), which corresponds to the medium- term corporate strategy to markedly penetrate the EU and SEE markets as well as to enter new international markets on which financial and public services industries steadily grow.
