Developing management capacity of AGIVA Ltd by introducing ICT based management software

Agiva Ltd. is specialized in the manufacture of cosmetic products, distribution of fragrance, cosmetics, household chemicals and food.The wide variety of goods and general retail network in their implementation necessitates the introduction of ICT-based software to manage key processes in the warehouse and sales. Agiva Ltd. appreciates the importance of responsible management to protect the environment. Therefore, the project includes activities to introduce a system of environmental management in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001. The project aims to develop management capacity and growth in Agiva Ltd.The project includes the following activities: I. Development and strengthening of management capacity through implementation and certification system for environmental management according to ISO 14001 II. Promotion of the use of ICT in the entity's activities through: 1.implementation of ICT based software for mobile inventory management processes (WMS) 2.implementation of ICT based software for mobile management of withdrawal of goods from commercial (mobile Retur) 3.investments in new equipment contributing to the introduction of ICT based software The project involves the introduction of organizational innovations: 1. Use first system of allocation of responsibilities of employees in the store (through the introduction of WMS system) 2. The implementation of a new method of organizing relations with clients (mobile Retur) The project implementation will contribute to improving management processes and organization of activities in respect of the following processes: planning and decision-making, organization of resources, organization of the production process, realization product internationalization of production. As a result of the project is expected to increase competitiveness and improve the capacity of Agiva Ltd. to better present the company to the competitive domestic and foreign markets.
