Developing management capacity and growth of POLYCART LTD

POLYCART Ltd. is a company with main activity "Production of stationery from paper and cardboard." The project aims to develop management capacity of the company and create the conditions for growth. The project is necessary for the development and implementation of organizational innovation and improve the following processes: -planing and decision-making - Resource planing - Production organization - Product distribution -Internationla ackgnowlegment for the products Project plan following activities: - Re engineering of processes; - Development and implementation and certification of integrated quality management standards ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 14001-2015; - Acquisition and introduction of ICT based software for company management - Acquisition of fixed assets - computers and server needs of deployment management software. - Activities for visualization and publicity of the project The total project cost is 235431 BGN distributed as follows: - Re-engineering of processes - 29,000 BGN - Development and implementation of an integrated management system standards ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 14001 - 2015 - 28000 BGN - Certification systems - 19000BGN - Purchase and introduction of DNA - ICT-based management software - 128571BGN - Purchase of fixed assets for the deployment of ICT based software 28860 BGN - Visualization and publicity of the project - 2000 BGN The project will be implemented in the following stages: - Selection of contractors 1-3 month - Implementation of activity re - engineering 3-7 month - Implementation of business development and implementation of systems for quality management 7-11 month - Acquisition and deployment of ICT based software 7- 18 months - Acquisition of fixed assets for the needs of software 7-9 month - Activities visualization project 1-18 months. Will be the principles of economy and cost efficiency, horizontal EU policies and contribute to sustainable economic development
