Development of management capacity and growth in "Colori 2005" Ltd

The company "Colori 2005" Ltd was founded in 2005 with main activities production of sunscreen products - blinds and awnings. The company has set up its own retail network across the country, and our manufacturing base is situated in Plovdiv. The constant increasing of product range with new models blinds and awnings, and the increasing diversity of textiles and colours required construction of new production and storage facilities in early 2015. Logical extension of the corporate strategy for development, growth and strengthening the market position of the company is the development of management capacity through efficient management systems. The main activities of the project include: 1.Activities for developing and strengthening the management capacity of the enterprise through the implementation and re-certification of management systems in accordance with the requirements of the new revisions of the international standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. 2.Activities for promoting the use of information and communication technologies and services, which include activities for the development and introduction of ICT-based software for managing business processes in the enterprise, and investment in new equipment, contributing to their introduction. 3.Activities for the visualization of the project- appropriate publicity measures and awareness according to the rules of Annex Xll to Regulation (EC) № 1303/2013. The expected results are improvement of the capacity of the company for more successful presence on the competitive external markets by introduction and implementation of management systems, ICT-based systems and applications for business management and specifically the acquisition of certificates for re-certified management systems; provision of equipment contributing to the introduction of ICT-based software for managing business processes in the enterprise; acquiring a license for the functioning of ICT system introduced by the selected provider.
