Development of managing capacity of "WATO BG" LTD

,,Wato BG” Ltd. is innovative engineering and manufacturing company that provides its clients with opportunities for optimization and higher efficiency in the water sector worldwide. Due to the lack of automated processes in the company in the sphere of management and administration, there is a need of system for management of business and resources processes of the company(ERP system), as well as the necessary equipment for the system’s functioning. For the company’s successful operation in a highly competitive environment, where the retaining of loyal clients and the attraction of new ones is extremely important, the traditional methods and approaches doesn’t work anymore. That is the reason why the company is looking forward to new strategies and new opportunities, that will ensure a wider range of service for its users. In recent years, one of the safest ways to achieve the abovementioned is precisely the System for management of business and resources processes of the company(ERP System). The company is in need of business strategy for development of a united software system that is using common database for its clients. The system will provide quick individual service and will cover all stages of the company’s activity. With the successful realization of the project ,,Vato BG” will meet the growing demands of its clients regarding the quality of the services through the implementation and exploit of the effective management system and also this will ensure and objectively guarantee the quality of the services and processes on the European and world market. Simultaneously, an organizational innovation will be achieved within the scope of the project, because the envisaged development and implementation of a new ERP system is a new method of organization in the company’s business practices, workplace organization and external relations.
