Development and strengthening of the management capacity of EFelows

EFellows is a company focused on providing services with high added value in IT infrastructure and information security. Condition for maintaining sustainable pace in the development of the company and maintain its competitive advantage is to increase its competitiveness in this respect, this project proposal is aimed at achieving a more efficient and systematic management of business processes in eFellows, as well as their synchronization requirements associated with protecting the environment, increasing the level of information security and quality of service. The project activities are the result of preliminary analysis of needs and identification of needs, and include: 1) Activities to develop and strengthen the management capacity related to the development and implementation of an integrated management system against the requirements of standards ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 system and environmental ISO 14001 and EMAS; certification systems and re-certification of already implemented system of quality management in the new version of ISO 9001: 2015 and the purchase of necessary equipment to comply and maintain the requirements of ISO 27001. 2) Activities to promote the use of information and communication technologies and services associated with the purchase and implementation of Business Intelligence platform and the development and implementation of integrated document management and engineering collaboration. 3) Activities to meet the requirements for information and publicity. With the implementation of the project is expected to improve competitiveness and expand market share of the company, resulting in better quality of service from eFellows achieved by securing and protecting information security and improve working processes in the company.
