The company is specialized in the development of complex software solutions and provision of their subsequent maintenance and support. The IT sector is extremely dynamic and fast-developing and is based on the achievements of cutting edge technologies. This imposes the need for constant optimization of the processes for management and organization of the main activities of all enterprises, operating in this business field. With the aim of improving the management capacity of the enterprise, the current Project Proposal envisions the delivery and implementation of ICT based specialized software for management of resources and processes, which will allow the company to utilize and exploit a system of integrated applications for business processes management and automation of a number of activities, linked to technologies, services, human resources and customer relations. The analysis of client-related information will support the management team in the decision-making process. ICT Solutions LTD is an environmentally responsible company, which executes its activity with care for the environment and dedication to reduce to a minimum the volume of harmful radiation, CO2 and heat emissions. In order to re-confirm its current direction of business development the enterprise plans the purchase and implementation within the company of a specialized module for waste management from its activity. Through the accomplishment of the current project the company will inaugurate a new organizational model, software for resources and processes management /ERP/, which will optimize the work of its employees, will improve internal communication, will increase the quality and efficiency of the provided services and this will lead to increasing the competitiveness of ICT Solutions LTD and facilitate its expansion on the domestic and international markets.
