Development project for management capacity and growth of PSP Computers Ltd.

Through the implementation of the project will be satisfied the needs of: - Providing guarantees for quality management of the services; - information security; - Optimization of production costs and improvement of the resources organization and business processes; - Increasing the competitiveness and export potential. Target groups are: - Foreign clients, who use the services of PSP; - Organizations requiring certification of service providers; - Customers requiring guarantees for the safe custody of their information. Objectives: - Development of managerial capacity and growth through re-certification and implementation of new international standards; - Improvement of export advantages and competitiveness by purchasing IT-based systems for managing business processes. Expected results: - Increasing capacity on the PSP for a competitive presence in foreign markets; - Increased productivity with more than 12%; - Increase in the average revenue generated from exports by over 20%; - Increasing the number of foreign customers; - Improvement and automation of the management systems; - Ensuring the quality of services and information security; - Implementation of organizational innovations. Basic activities: - The adaptation of the existing system of quality management ISO 9001: 2008 to the new version of ISO 9001: 2015 with the help of a consultant; - Re-certification under the new version to ISO 9001: 2015; - Implementation and certification of systems for services management ISO 20000-1: 2011 and Information Security ISO 27001: 2013 with access control; - Purchase of cluster of 2 servers, firewall and SQL database server, needed for IT-based management software for business processes; - Co-location of the servers; - Purchase of license, installation and adjustment of the IT-based management software for business processes ( ERP, CRM, BI, ticket management and module for waste management activities); - Visualization of the project.
