Development of management capacity of TRUD JSC by introducing a system for resource management

The main activity of TRUD JSC is production of refractory bricks and clinker products. Currently the company offers over 6,000 types of fireclay products, and the number of Bulgarian and foreign partners is constantly growing. All this requires the need for investment in the development and strengthening of management capacity and growth of the company. The project aims to improve the models of governance and organization of the main processes in the activity of the enterprise by introducing and implementing a system for managing resources in the enterprise. The main activities included in the project are aimed at promoting the use of information and communication technologies and services through: 1.Activities to introduce ERP system for resource management in the enterprise 2.Activities in investment in new equipment contributing to the implementation of the ERP system With the introduction of the first ERP system in the enterprise will be put in practice the following organizational innovation: -Use system to manage supply chains -Use system for allocating responsibilities of employees -introduction new methods of organizing relations with suppliers and customers -introduction new organizational methods in industrial and commercial practice The project implementation will contribute to improving the following processes: planning and decision-making, organization of resources, organization of the production process, realization product internationalization of production. As a result of implementation of project activities is expected to increase competitiveness and improve the capacity of TRUD JSC for a successful presence of the company intensively competitive foreign markets. TRUD JSC appreciates the importance of responsible management to protect the environment. The project includes activities to introduce ERP system comprising a module for waste management activities.
