Next Generation Management in NEXGEN Ltd.

NEXGEN DEVELOPMENT GROUP Ltd. is a micro enterprise offering high-quality build-to-order services in the IT sector, which is a high-tech sector with ever growing competition. The latter is a stimulus for the candidate to always develop and perfect itself. One of the identified candidate's weaknesses impeding its development and internationalization is the lack of a business processes management system. In addition, the company does not possess management systems in accordance with international standards that would bring it a competitive advantage on the software services market. The project goal is to correct the aforementioned weaknesses, which will improve the company's management capacity, will make it more attractive for local and international clients and will contribute to its market development. The project target group includes three subgroups that will take advantage of the improvements. Managing all business processes will be made easier for the management team due to the processes' structuring and standardization. Employees will increase their productivity because part of the administrative work they handle at the moment will be automated. The firm's clients will take advantage of the improved management and productivity as well as the certification of the company's processes. This will increase clients' trust, it will strengthen their loyalty and will give the company ground for attracting multiple new customers. The main project activities include: 1. Implementation of management systems in accordance with the requirements of standards ISO14001:2015 and ISO27001:2013 2. Certification of management systems in accordance with the requirements of standards ISO14001:2015 and ISO27001:2013 3. Development and deployment of an ICT based software system for business processes management in the firm 4. Acquiring new equipment necessary for the functioning of the ICT based software 5. Collocation of a server necessary for the software deployment
