Improvement of the business processes in STAMH LTD OOD

The project proposal of STAMH LTD OOD under the current call includes activities aimed at improving the company's commercial practice through the use of information and communications technology (ICT) and developing the management capacity through the use of specialized services. The enterprise needs a new CRM system which will replace the old and unusable software that currently manages the work with clients, as well as services for certification and re-certification of management systems by which the quality and effectiveness of the business processes in the company will be improved. As a response to these needs "Stamh Ltd." has set in this project the right instruments which will help the enterprise to achieve sustainable growth and higher competitiveness in the long term. The actual activities that will contribute to the realization of these fundamental objectives are related to: supply and implementation of an ICT-based software for customer relationship management (CRM system) responding to the specific needs of STAMH LTD OOD and a database management system, contributing to the implementation of the CRM system; introducing for the first time and certification of a system for environmental management in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001, which will contribute to strengthening the principles of sustainability and environmentally friendly production; re-certification of the system for quality management in accordance with the latest version of ISO 9001, so STAMH LTD OOD will meet the highest quality requirements and will establish itself as a reliable business partner. The realization of this project corresponds to both the long-term development priorities of the company and the aims of the call.
