Management capacity development in EUROPAPIER-BULGARIA AD

This project proposal is aimed at implementation of a system for management of customers, orders, production processes and planning, system for resource management as well as services for implementation and certification of ISO 14001 standard, and hardware consisting of 2 servers required for implementation and normal operation of the software systems. The new software systems will improve all key processes in the company related to planning, decision making, sales, production management, resource management and internationalization. Improved processes will influence positively the overall business of the company and will contribute to the increased customer satisfaction, improved productivity, improved market positions and optimized waste management. The systems will lead to optimization and automation of all key processes, which will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the future development of the company and new markets penetration.
