Developing management capacity of Optexim JSC by introducing of business process management system

The beneficiary for the grant in the current procedure is the small enterprise Optexim JSC, specialized in the production of Opto Electronical devices and components which are used in the field of industry, medicine and military service. According to the business strategy for development of Optexim Ltd., some of its major goals are: sustainable growth through the development of a competitive and efficient production, increasing the company's market share and the export potential. Better resource planning and effective management of business processes are very important for achieving these goals. Currently the company does not have a unified automated with persons for managing business processes and resources. The scope of the project proposal is implementation of an integrated ERP system in Optexim JSC, including the following modules: CRM, Order management, Production, Warehouse, Finance and agreements, Inventory and vehicles, Systems management, HR, Internal communication and coordination, as well as a module for Waste management activities. Main activities: • Promoting the use of IC technologies and services through the acquisition and introduction of ICT based management software; • Promoting the use of IC technologies and services through investments in new equipment, contributing to the introduction of ICT-based software; • Informing and publicity of the project. Main results: • Improved planning processes, organization and business activity management; • Costs optimization and better efficiency; • Increased productivity; • Improving the quality service of customers and suppliers; • Contribution to the conservation of natural resources; The realization of this project will contribute for improving the processes of governance and organization of activities of Optexim JSC and for increasing the competitiveness of the company in the internal and the foreign markets.
