Developing management capacity and competitiveness of Mellon Plc through implementation of internationally recognized standards and introduction of ICT based system for resource management (ERP)

It is planned to be implemented 6 activities: 1) Activity for developing and strengthening the management capacity through introduction and system certification for quality management in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015, 2) Activity for developing and strengthening of management capacity, through implementation and certification system for environmental management in accordance with ISO 14001: 2015; 3) Activity for developing and strengthening management capacity through the introduction and certification of management system for information security in accordance with ISO27001: 2013; 4) Activity for acquisition and introduction of ICT based resource management software(ERP system) for managing business processes in the enterprise; 5) Activities of investment in new equipment and specialized software applications that contribute to the introduction of ICT-based ERP system for resource management; 6)visualization of the project. Will be held 2 procedures with public call for selecting suppliers of these assets under Article 50 (1) of Low for management the EU structural and investment funds and Decree 160 / 01.07.2016. Results The project will achieve the following direct outcomes: 1) Selected suppliers and signed 3 contracts]; 2) Implemented and certified systems under 3 international standards: ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO27001: 2013; 3) Implemented ERP system that provides integrated planning, management, control and analysis of resources in all manufacturing and business processes in the company; issued licenses for the operation of the management systems in the enterprise; 4) Acquisition hardware and specialized software applications (specialized data base) software that contribute to the implementation of the ERP system; 5) Realized an investment project in support of business, entrepreneurship; accomplished investment for 553 026.00 BGN; 6) Reported 1 project with technical and financial reports.
