Investments for improvement of the management capacity in BGService Ltd.

BGService Ltd. is a service provider in the field of information technology. Under the project proposal the company plans to implement and certify new for the organization management systems according to the international standards ISO. In addition to this activity, the purchase of specialized equipment to support the implementation and certification of ISO standards is planned. This way the organization will move to a more advanced management level and become more competitive in both national and international markets. The second key element of the planned investment is the development and implementation of a complex software application that will automate the management of all business processes in the company and make their management much more efficiently. This way BGService Ltd. will be able to expand its Bulgarian and international market shares, and in the same time will help for the achievement of the objectives of the procedure "Development of managerial capacity and growth of SMEs": - Improve the capacity of Bulgarian SMEs for better presence in the intense competitive foreign markets through the introduction and implementation of quality management systems, good manufacturing practices, ICT-based systems and applications for business management.
