Development of the management capacity of "NOVOTIKA 95" AD by implementing a business processes management system in the enterprise

The current project proposal is aimed at implementing an ERP system for managing the business processes in the production activity of NOVOTIKA 95 AD. The automated system for managing the business processes will replace various ineffective methods and tabulation programs used for the management of the business processes at the moment and will allow integration of the activities of various departments within the company. Due to the specially developed ERP system all the main processes in the company, related to planning, decision making, marketing of the production, production processes, resource management and internationalization, will be improved. The improvement of the processes will reflect favorably on the overall business of the company and will contribute to the optimal use of resources, increase the customer satisfaction, improve the labor productivity, improve the market positions and optimizing the waste management. The system will lead to integration, optimization and automation of all key processes, which will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the future development of the company and entering new markets.
