Optimizing the processes of business management and environment protection at ICOM Ltd.

The project application includes a set of activities aiming at strengthening the management capacities of ICOM Ltd. and development of prerequisites for growth. The project includes two groups of activities as follows: Group 1 - Activities for introduction and certification of a system for environment management according to the international standard ISO 14001:2015; Group2 - Activities for development and introduction of a centralized information system for management of the business processes at ICOM Ltd. The completion of the envisaged activities shall contribute for improvement of the business processes within the company (through the ICT based software introduced) and for establishment of prerequisites for company growth, having in mind the fact that ICOM shall acquire a certified system for environment management thus complementing the already existing quality management and security information systems.
