BULLES is a company established in 1997 which industrially produces wooden items for the needs of the construction sector. The product range of the company includes wooden construction items all items of various sizes. The sector is characterized by pronounced competitive environment, which requires efforts to maintain and expand the market position of the company. It is necessary to optimize the costs of creating the final product in order to increase the volume of sales and expand the market share of the company, which impose the need of improving the enterprise business efficiency.Optimization of business processes, quality and timely execution of orders can be achieved by improving the activities of decision making. Optimization of company’s business processes will allow timely and appropriate strategic actions in achieving the objectives and will ensure sustainable development and winning new market positions of the target markets. Within the project, the company plans to implement an ERP system with CRM module for managing business processes, closely linked to the specifics of its activities. The proposed system is a complete integrated solution that includes management of all core processes of which the company depends on the successful development and fully meeting the modern needs of companies engaged in production.. It will be deliver server configuration for system operation. With the availability of a specialized system to support the successful implementation of key processes of the company activities, it will be possible to increase the efficiency of work processes. At present, the management of the company does not have adequate instruments,, which enable rapid and comprehensive review of business processes in the enterprise. The implementation of the project activities will contribute to the overall development of the company, will improve its management, and will expand its market position in the domestic and foreign markets.
