Main project objective is to improve management capacity and growth potential of “Technorubber” OOD. The objective will be achieved by the implementation of the following main activities – acquisition and implementation of an ERP system, supply of equipment and specialized software for the purposes of the ERP, implementation and certification of an environmental management system in compliance with ISO 14001:2015 and visualization activities. As a result of the implementation of the project the business processes of the company will be managed and controlled by an ERP system, supported by the needed equipment and specialized software in order to achieve maximum effectiveness and the company is going to have an implemented and certified environmental management system. These activities are going to have an immediate and significant effect on productivity, sales revenue, export share and the competitiveness of the company on the national and external market. All activities within the project will be implemented so that they contribute to the achievement of the horizontal principles of sustainable development, equality and lack of discrimination.
