Developing the management capacity of "BULLTEK"LTD through the purchase, implementation and utilization of an innovative integrated system ERP/CRP for managing business and production process

Bulltek was founded in 2009 with the following main activity: production of metal and plastic components and their installation in detail in parts for circuit breakers. The main customers are:Zobele Bulgaria,Socomec(France),ABB Bulgaria and its branches in Italy,France,Norway, Sweden,Germany,Finland,Egypt. The diversified production and the large product range continuously require availability of stock records, purchase of raw materials, hiring and management of new personnel, management of cash flows, marketing and advertising activities, relationships with customers and suppliers, management of complaints and others. All these activities, carried out by Bulltek in high volumes, often lead to the dispersion of information with several negative effects:inaccurate management decisions, complaints from clients, inability to quickly handle certain orders, slowdowns in the production process and additional operative costs, particularly arising from environmental protection activities. This situation necessarily leads the company towrds the adoption of a single software system using a common database that covers all the business processes: planning, budgeting and monitoring of a production, supplies, sales, storage, resources, accounting. To meet this need it is necessary to purchase and implement an integrated system ERP/CRP for the management of business and production processes and the implementation of an environmental management system complying with the standard BDS EN ISO14001:2015, which cover all business processes, offer a wide range of functionality and lead to a very effective and innovative internal organization, improve the market position and increase export revenues. The realization of this project satisfies the needs of BULLTEK to find suitable solutions for the organization and optimization of the manifacturing process and the management of the company, to improve the productivity, to increase net revenues from sales, exports earnings and profits
