Developing the managing capacity and growth of Enterprise Communications Group OOD

The "Enterprise Communications Group" Ltd. has implemented ERP system and management systems in compliance with the following standards: ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, ISO20000, OHSAS18001, but in order to remain competitive, the company needs further ito improve the management and organization processes. This determines the objective of the project proposal: 1. Developing and strengthening the management capacity through support for specialized services.. 2. Growth of the company by promoting the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) and services. In order to achieve the objective, the following activities are planed : - Activities to develop and strengthen the management capacity through re-certification of Quality management system in compliance with Standard ISO 9001: 2015 - Activities to develop and strengthen the management capacity through re-certification of Environmental management system in compliance with Standard ISO 14001: 2015 - Activity to promote the use of information and communication technology through the acquisition and introduction of ICT-based software for managing business processes - Activity to promote the use of information and communication technology through the acquisition of fixed assets, contributing to the introduction of ICT-based software for managing business processes - Activities to visualize the project. The project implementation will create significant market advantages for the company, which can be measured with the following financial indicators: - Increase with 77% in the average revenue generated from exports for three years after th project implementation, compared to that of 2015, - Increase with 340% in the average net sales revenue for three years after the end of the project, compared to that of 2015, as a ratio to the total value of project - Increase with 43% of the average productivity for three years after the implementation of the project compared of that of 2015
