Novanor LTD is a dynamically developing company, established in 2013. The enterprise designs, develops and implements systems in the field of information technologies with the majority of its projects being focused on innovative approaches and application of algorithms with elements of artificial intelligence. Novanor LTD products are successfully utilized in the areas of transport, road infrastructure and traffic and road assets management. At the current stage Novanor LTD does not avail of a unified system for resources management, which creates difficulties in the collection, processing and analysis of information and leads to hindrances in the internal organization of the business processes. With the accomplishment of the current project the company will introduce a new organizational model, which will optimize the work of its employees, will improve internal communication, will increase the quality and efficiency of the services offered, which will in turn lead to enhancing the competitiveness of Novanor LTD. The current Project Proposal includes also an activity on the Development and implementation of an ICT - based software system for resource management and optimization of processes. The implementation of the project will lead to improving the overall competitiveness of Novanor LTD through bettering the model of management and organization of the main processes within the company, increasing its revenue from sales and strengthening the market positions of the enterprise.
