Development of the management capacity and growth of Residence Control Ltd

The project presents a strategy to increase the degree of internationalization and innovation activity of Residence Control using services for development, implementation and certification of management systems according to ISO 9001 and 14001, the development and implementation of integrated ERP management system and to achieve product compliance with EU/internaltional standards for series of manufactured products. Funding the purchase of high-tech specialized assets, fixed assets to achieve financial security and to properly implement all the planned activities, given the increased demands for quality and environmental responsibility. Meeting compliance with the relevant and provided standards and regulations would not be feasible without them. This investment supports objectives such as increased competitive outcome, especially export advantages to a company with a potential for a continuous development and high-tech activities in the ICT sector. The planned activities will help to develop and strengthen the management capacity of the company and increase growth through the use of information and communication technologies and services for the development and introduction of ICT-based software for managing business processes in the enterprise. Top priority of the company during the years 2017-2020 will be the successful imposition of its products through the implementation of planned measures and planned additional and urgent activities to support and expand market share in order to increase sales and reach new markets and more customers. The outputs are 100 percent accomplishment of specific goals, as well as sustainable development of Residence Control.
