Enhancing the management capacity of "IT Industrial Technologies" Ltd by implementing integrated management system for quality and environment and ICT-based management system

"IT Industrial Technologies" Ltd. was founded in 2005 by electronic engineers with more than 20 years experience in the design and manufacture of industrial and non-standard electronics. The company is oriented towards execution of external orders for assembly of electronic devices and saturation of printed circuit boards with SMD and pin components - EMS and Contract manufacturing, and much of the production is exported to countries such as Hong Kong, Austria, Germany, France, etc. The project proposal aims to enhance the management capacity of the "IT Industrial Technologies" Ltd by implementing integrated management system for quality and environment in accordance with the standards 9001: 2015 and 14001: 2015, the development and introduction of ICT-based ERP system management of business processes plus hardware. Razultati expected from the project are related to the modernization of management of the company in order to develop competitive advantages. The system will be integrated successfully with the business practices of the company will increase the commitment of the staff and will become one of the aspects of the overall business management. The integrity of information assets will increase opportunities for improvement of internal organization of the activities to establish clear rules of operation, specific responsibilities will allow effective financial and administrative control over the activities of the company. As a result of the successful implementation of the project the company will acquire economic stability, as it will improve the quality of the entire production process and thus increase significantly the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise. Closing expected effect of the project on the development of the "IT Industrial Technologies" Ltd will be increased competitiveness of the company through fully modernized management processes corresponding to the increased quality of final products and services.
