Development of management capacity in S Systems EOOD through the introduction of systems for quality and environment management and ICT systems for business process management

S Systems Ltd. is an engineering company specializing in development of high-tech solutions for the healthcare, hospitality and other industries. The long-term strategy of the company implies a more active involvement in the value chain through the establishment of an own production facility in the town of Yablanitsa (Lovech District) and expansion of the company activities abroad. The present project proposal includes activities for development of the company managing capacity which are necessary for the implementation of this strategy. This will be achieved through reorganization of two groups of processes: 1) production and resource management processes and 2) decision making and sales processes for marketing the company products domestically and abroad. External experts will be contracted to re-engineer all processes and introduce organizational innovations which will ensure sustainable foundations for the expansion of company activities and improvement of key indicators for efficiency, added value and export. To guarantee sustainability of results, the process alterations will be supplemented with relevant management systems. The first group of processes will be improved with the implementation and certification of integrated quality and environment management systems meeting EN ISO 9001 and EN ISO 14001 standards and the second group - with ensuring access to a comprehensive business intelligence (BI) and customer relations management (CRM) systems as a services (SaaS). The envisaged costs account for BGN 519,5 thousand, the major amount being for implementation and use of the BI amp; CRM systems, as well as services for process re-engineering. In view of the company development strategy and the project budget, the activities will be implemented on the territory of North-west region (the town of Yablanitsa).
