ELECS GROUP – HOLDING Ltd produces products with high variability, as self-adhesive labels and thermal transfer tapes, seeking to enter on the market of products, made from foil materials. The company has implemented and certified management systems in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, and an ERP system is operating as well. Successfully developing its activities the company has accumulated in its daily work a large amount of data for customers, offers, contracts, schedules, warehouse and production workflow. The lack of a united database for potential and existing customers and suppliers, warehouse and production processes and related information flow and unified approach to their management, is sensible. These "narrow" points require optimization of internal organization and processes in line with the new possibilities of information technology and the latest international standards In response to its perceived needs, goals and changing market conditions ELECS GROUP – HOLDING Ltd provides investment in updating and re-certification of the quality management system available, according to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015; implementation and certification of EMS according to ISO 14001: 2015 and implementation of a MOM system, together with the necessary for its functioning hardware equipment. The realization of the project idea will extend and strenghten the management capacity of ELECS GROUP – HOLDING Ltd, will create prerequisites for the growth and will increase the export advantages of the company.
