Project "New technologies for the management and organization as a factor for growth and development" aims at development of the management capacity and growth of ASI Telco Ltd. on Bulgarian and international market, by introduction of information and communication technologies. Specific project's objectives are to improve number of business processes and management processes of corporate activity. To achieve the project objectives project envisages implementation of activities to promote the use of information and communication technologies and services through the acquisition and implementation of a CRM system. The activity consists in the acquisition and implementation of CRM system for the enterprise consisting of main and auxiliary modules. The project implementation will contribute to the growth and increase the management capacity of ASI Telco LTD. Following the project ASI Telco Ltd will increase its productivity and increase sales. The project contributes to improving the market position of the domestic market and the internationalization of company's services.
