Development of Management Capacity of ATOM DEV EOOD

"ATOM DEV" Ltd. started business in September 2013 as a private limited liability company registered under the Commerce Act. The main activity of the company includes development and implementation of software applications and products, design and development of web sites. Through the realization of this project "ATOM DEV" Ltd. plans to implement activities for encouraging the usage of information and communication technologies and services. With this regard the project includes service for the development and introduction of an ICT based software for managing business processes, including: Module "Project Management"; Module "Clients Relations Management" (CRM); Module "Personnel"; Module "Accounting and Finance"; Module "Reports and Analyzes" (BI); Module "Waste Management". The project also includes activities for investments in new equipment that is necessary and directly contributes to the introduction of the elaborated business system. Proposed activities will provide for achieving the project basic objective – to strengthen the management capacity of the company and to encourage its growth through: - Improving the processes of organization of resources, optimization of the performance of the company as well as the process of market realization of the products. - Increasing the productivity for the first 3 years after the project completion in comparison with its rate in 2015; - Enhancing the the export potential by an increase in net revenue, including the average revenue generated by exports.
