Extending the functionality of business processes management system at Prosveta - Sofia Jsc.

The project proposal of "Enlightenment - Sofia" is the result of strategic management decisions to improve the overall organizational work of the publishing house. Its implementation will allow more efficient management and use of company resources through the development and introduction of new modules and enhanced features to existing information CRM system, bringing together all company activities related to the management of resources, markets, costs, marketing, projects, waste and is a means to improve governance and to increase the efficiency of all processes in the company. To achieve the objectives of the project will develop and implement appropriate ICT-based system for managing the company and its resources. The company realizes the marketing of quality products is a combination of multiple managerial, administrative and technological processes that are essential to increase productivity and competitiveness of the publishing house, and are a prerequisite for the promotion of exports. This in turn contributes to financial and market and independence of the company. Activities through which to achieve the basic and specific objectives of the project are: 1. Activities to promote the use of ICTs by services for expansion of the functionality of embedded platform for business management of the publishing house "Prosveta - Sofia" Jsc. by introducing additional modules and functionalities. 2. Visualization of the project. These activities are necessary to successfully manage processes within the company and permanently overcome the problems related to the control and organization of production and administrative activities, processing, exchange and storage of information, creation of analytical information for making effective management decisions managing relationships with suppliers, customers, management of traders, marketing, projects, waste and others.
