New management processes Yunigaz - VT through services using software management systems

In summary, the project aims to change innovatively and especially technological processes of organization and management of the entire production cycle in Yunigaz - VT. The objectives of the project and set in activities are in response to clearly identified needs for rationalization and improvement of the processes of planning, production and implementation of the final production and modernization of the means of communication with end customers. Expectations are these changes in turn lead to increased overall efficiency of the enterprise and consequently to increase in final financial result. In view of the needs, and in relation to long-term development strategy Yunigaz - VT, the company's management believes necessary for the introduction and implementation of workflow management software systems, thus ensuring and guaranteeing quality products and services offered by the company. In essence, the realization of this project scheduled to be introduced and integrated high-tech system in the activities of Yunigaz - VT through which to achieve effective and efficient management and organization of resources, production and distribution activities. In this sense, the project includes activities to promote the use of information and communication technologies and services. Planned to be introduced system will be implemented through services using software management systems - SaaS (Software as a service). As a result of the successful implementation of the project will ensure the long-term increase competitiveness and export potential of the enterprise.
