Improvement of Sorokov Instruments Ltd management capacity

Sorokov Instruments has been founded in 2001with main activity production of plastic articles, packagings for cheese and formings for yellow cheese used by the companies working in the food industry. We constantly invest in production modernization and increase of the portfolio. We have expanded our activities by starting production of non-standard equipment for the milk industry. We diversify the products and services we offer to the market. We also produce automated systems for management of the production processes used in the different industry spheres and fulfill projects in the field of projection, delivery and servicing of automation managament systems including pneumatic elements, elecctronic and electrical components and technical plastics. Since 2015 the high technology production of items and offering services with higher added value is our main company activity. We continue also with all our other activities but they already are supplementary. All activities are managed by one and the same managing staff in our administrative office in Kazanlak, but are not supported by the necessary software. The production takes place in the town of Nikolaevo and all its data are entered in the documentation by hand. This causes the analyses to be done based on not full databases. Having such a large portfolio, the only way for successful management and future development is to implement a management software having production and trading part, which to cover all our activities. Through this project a special software solution will be developed for us that will embrace all our active spheres. This is very necessary for us as doing this we shall be able to improve our overall company organization and to make the best management decisions based on exact information and objective analysis. As a result of the project implementation we shall substantially improve our competitiveness.
