Implementation of a system for resource management and work with customers

“RABIT BALGARIYA” Ltd. is a company founded in 2006, operating in the field of production and renovation of computer systems and equipment. Rabit Balgariya Ltd. is focused on continuous improvement and expansion of its market share. The company reported business growth over the past three years related to increasing the presence of the company in the local and regional markets, increased volume of sales and staff. This rapid growth is inevitably linked with the generation of large volumes of information about products, markets, customers, orders, analyzes, staff, etc. The lack of a specialized system that enables the successful implementation of this process creates a number of problems and obstacles in increasing the efficiency of company’s business processes. There is a high risk of errors, including poor planning and respectively – breach of contractual obligations. As a modern organization carrying on its business in a competitive struggle characterized with high intensity and dynamic, unpredictable and constantly growing demands of the external environment, the company should take timely and appropriate strategic responses to these conditions, in order to ensure its sustainability, development and protection of its market position. Within the project, the company plans to develop and implement software for managing the business processes, representing a complete integrated solution – ERP system with CRM modules, including management of all needed business processes and fully meeting the specifics of its activities. Improving the management and operations and the continued increase of current customers and business partners satisfaction, ensure in turn achieving of set targets to increase the company’s competitiveness and expand its market position in both domestic and external target markets.
