Management capacity development of TEZA ltd

The Project proposal is focused on company’s management capacity development and expand use of ICT. The scope of project’s activities is: - E-learning courses development process reengineering; - Software purchase for implementation of e-learning courses process reengineering - Acquisition and implementation of CRM system - Purchase of equipment /a new server and 4 new workstations/, necessary for the CRM system implementation; - Collocation of the purchased equipment /new server/ Through the execution of project activities organizational innovations will be introduced in the company and the following will be achieved: increased productivity; optimized resources availability and products and services realization process; increased revenues from the domestic market and from export of products and services. The selection of reengineering service contractors, CRM system development and implementation, collocation of the purchased equipment and the delivery of equipment and software will be performed according to the requirements of Council of Ministers’ Decree N 160 from 01.07.2016. For the purpose of successful project implementation a project team will be created with expertise in European programmes and projects realization. Regular information concerning project progress and achieved results, as well as regarding EU contribution for its realization will be published on Teza Ltd website. An information board will be notably placed at the office of Teza Ltd. All project documents shall be visualized in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 1303/2013.
