Development of the management capcity and growth of ANDREWS FASHION Ltd.

With the current project ANDREWS FASHION LTD plans to integrate an ERP system for the management of the business processes in the organization. The system will increase the use of information and communication technologies and services and will incorporate in a single integrated information system and improve the processes related to: - planning and decision making - resource management - manufacturing organization - sales of products - internationalization of the products By integrating the ERP system the following will be achieved: - Introduction and implementation of organizational innovations within the company, namely – a new organization methodology will be implemented in the sales practices, as well in human relations and customer relations; - An environment management system will be implemented – a waste management module will be part of the ERP system. The proposed project includes an activity of development and improvement of the management and administrative capacity of the organization through the use of specialized consulting services for reengineering of the business processes in the organization. The purpose of which is to fundamentally reassess and refactor the business process to achieve significant improvements in the core indicators of the organization. As a result of the project the following is expected: - increase of the income from export by 25% compared to 2015 - increase of net income from sales by 115% compared to 2015 - increase of the performance of the company by 16% compared to 2015
