The need for the current project emerges from the growing necessities of the company in relation to the management of the production orders, real-time data gathering and production monitoring, optimization of the resources management and quality management. The aim of the project is: Improvement of the management capacity of Lesto Product, through acquisition and implementation of Manufacturing Execution System, integration of the system with the existing Infor LN ERP, Advanced Planning System APS and integration with Infor LN, software applications, software module for waste management and new equipment necessary for the functioning of the system. Expected results: 1. Improvement of the planning/decision making process; 2. Improvement of the resource management process; 3. Improvement of the production management process; 4. Improvement of the sales management process; 5. Improvement of the export management process; 6. Implementation of organizational innovation; 7. Improvement of the export revenue; 8. Improvement of the net revenue; 9. Improvement of the productivity. Main activities are: Activities for promotion of the use of IT technologies and services.
