“Kwiat” Ltd. has started its activity in 2002 as a limited liability company registered under the Commerce Act. Its main activity includes the production and trade with sun glasses, ophthalmic spectacle frames and ophthalmic glasses. Through the realization of this project the company plans to implement activities for improving its management capacity as well as activities for encouraging the usage of information and communication technologies and services. With this regard the project includes a specialized consultancy service for reengineering of the company’s processes, services for introduction and certification of a management system under the requirements of BDS EN ISO 9001 system, as well as services for elaboration and introduction of an ICT system for process management. The project also includes an investment in new equipment that is necessary and directly contributes to the introduction of the elaborated business system. Proposed activities will provide for achieving the project basic objective – to strengthen the management capacity of the company and to encourage its growth through: - Improving the resources organization, optimizing of the company’s production process as well as the process of market realization of its products; - Increasing the productivity for the first 3 years after the project completion in comparison with its rate in 2015; - Enhancing the net incomes and encouraging the export potential of the enterprise.
